When do I need to book my paint job?

We ask that you contact us at least 3 days in advance, so we can coordinate insurance and deliver your paint on time. Please note that you may need several more days to get the insurance and possible additional paperwork approved by your building management or co-op.

What is included in the quote?

The final price includes the cost of labor and NY State sales tax. We will bring our own supplies. If you have elected to have us provide the paint, the final price will also include those costs.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Manhattan, New York. Also, Rockland, Westchester & Bergen counties. 

Will my quote change?

No, as long as everything is in the scope of work that was discussed, your price will not change!  If there is something missing/details you would like to add, call us at 212-475-1700 or email us at info@manhattanpainters.com – and we will try to accommodate you.

Does the quote include repair work?

Yes, we will be happy to patch all cracks and holes smaller than a nickel. Minor spackling and sanding work before painting your walls is included. If you have a larger repair job, please let us know in advance.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have up to $2,000,000 in liability coverage. For those projects that require additional help, we also carry workers comp insurance. 

Who is Brett Malas?

Brett is the estimator & manager. Brett came from Vermont where he practiced his painting skills for many years before arriving to New York City area. Manhattan Painters & Manhattanpainters.com are used exclusively by Brett Malas and his company Malas Brothers Painting LLC.
